How to apply
Children of all nationalities may seek admission to the school and our welcoming admissions team will provide you with helpful information and support during the application process. All applicants are carefully considered to ensure that students who enroll at PSI will receive the maximum educational benefit.
The Principal upon the recommendation of the PSI Admissions Office will determine initial student class placement. The primary factor to place students will be the age of the student. Previous reports, grades completed and testing may also be requested to assist the Principals in making an informed decision.
Where it is not possible to accommodate all qualified applicants because the classes are filled, the school Director in accordance with the school’s admissions policies will determine priority of enrolment. The maximum class size is 20 students. Please note that students with mild special educational needs will be accommodated with the expectation that the student will be mainstreamed.
You are always welcome to make an appointment with the Admissions Office to take a tour of the campus and to discuss the application process.
Making an Application
Families wishing to apply must submit the following documentation before registration is completed and enrollment can be determined:
1. Contact the School Registrar, Mr. Victor Kurbatov (registrar@psi.kiev.ua) before sending in a registration form.
2. Complete the PSI Registration Form and return to the Registrar.
3. Official School Transcripts/report cards from their current school translated into English. A full record from the most recent year is required if the student is entering Grade 1-10; two most recent years are required for applications to Grade 11 and three for Grade12.
4. Completed medical profile, language profile and immunization record.
5. Copy of passport for verification of age and small photograph.
6. Completed PSI Parent Profile.
7. Student Reference Form to be completed by a teacher.
8. Testing or screening to be completed.
