Cafeteria

Dear  PSI Parents, Students, and Staff,

I have the pleasure to present my catering company to you. I am Tania Berezhna already known by many of you as Tania-caterer. My catering company was established in 2001 but I have been working in the catering business for 15 years. I have catering experience that covers a wide range of events – from simple dinners to big celebration projects.

Now I am running a cafeteria in the Business Centre “BEARS”. At present I employ 4 chefs, 4 waiters and one hall manager. All my staff are qualified, friendly and educated English speaking people.

I will be providing food for PSI for the next school year. My kitchen is located very close to PSI, which allows me to deliver food fresh, and on time.

The PSI cafeteria will be refreshed and renovated so that it appears nice and attractive for the lunch break. The school cafeteria will be open from 8:00-16:00 to meet the requirements of the school community. It will be possible to buy meal tickets during opening hours.

I will be working in close cooperation with parents and school administration. I consider my goal to provide the best quality food and services.

As the mother of two children I take much care in choosing ingredients and cooking.  
I look forward to serving your children.
