In order to promote student learning that is engaging, relevant and challenging, we employ teachers who specifically match our students, learning programmes and development goals.
The School director and principals appoint expatriate teachers from recognised international recruitment organisations that rigorously screen the background and experience of candidates.
This process ensures that our teachers and staff are certified, experienced and committed professionals. In fact, all PSI teachers hold at least a Bachelor's Degree, with 72% holding advanced degrees, ranging from Masters to PhDs, from a range of universities in North America, Europe and Australasia.
Our national teaching staff are trained graduates and teachers from Ukrainian and American universities. All teaching assistants at PSI are Ukrainian nationals.
We require at least two years of full time classroom experience, teacher certification and a degree in the subject area and / or grade level for which one is applying. A native or near-native level of English is also essential.

While IB training and experience are preferred, they are not a prerequisite to employment.
