How to Apply

PSI has ongoing enrolment, which means that students may apply throughout the year. However, placement is subject to space availability and the criteria outlined in our enrolment process.

Prospective applicants will be considered unless there is reason to believe that admission is not in the best interest of the applicant or the school.

In order to apply for the start of the school year 2022 - 23, we recommend that interested families complete their application by the end of March 2022.

Please find below a 'How To Apply' guidance, explaining our enrolment procedure and the process of uploading documents to our Admissions Portal. Please note that we are unable to do this for families. It is important for you to know that incomplete applications will not be considered.

Create an Online application through Veracross
Submit all required documents and items on the Application checklist

Note:

Please submit all documents in PDF format, translated into English if necessary (transcripts, report cards, academic support documentation). You should complete all mandatory application steps, otherwise, we will not be able to consider your application

3. Pay a non-refundable application fee - 300 USD

Step 3 - Admissions Assessment

Primary school

EC3, EC4, KG - 'Playdate' assessment event by invitation of the Admissions Manager after 1 May.
Grade 1 - Grade 5 no additional assessment required

Secondary school

Online MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) testing in English and Maths and submission of a writing sample, which must be done under supervision at the student’s current school.

Grade 11 and 12

A meeting (online or in person) with the PSI IB Diploma Progamme Coordinator and the Secondary School counsellor.

Step 4 - Application Review

A review for possible admissions will only be undertaken when all documentation and application items are completed.
Completing the application does not guarantee enrolment.
Applications should be completed for the relevant school year and Grade level.
Waiting list applicants should create a new application for the relevant school year, if they would like to be considered for a certain school year.

Step 5 - Admissions Decision

After receiving the school's decision, parents / guardians are requested to sign the online Enrolment Contract in the Admissions Portal.

Enrolment is completed after the Policies and Contract are signed and the invoice is paid.
Orientation activities

Online webinars: How to get ready to the First Day of School with Admissions Manager (2 sessions during the summer - new PSI families will receive an email-invitation)
Campus tour opportunities prior to the start of school (more details will be provided in June 2022)
New Student Orientation day with the Leadership Team and staff members a day prior to the start of school
