The PTA dedicated its fundraising efforts to a new action called Community Involvement and Social Responsibility Initiative (CISRI), from the beginning of the 2016 - 2017 academic year.
CISRI projects are to be selected, implemented and monitored by PSI students. They will primarily focus on community needs related to children, the elderly, orphanages, schools, animal shelters, the environment, or school projects.
In order to participate in the CISRI grant competition, students can fill out the following forms and apply to the PTA Steering Committee by the published deadline.
The 2018 - 2019 academic year will hold three rounds of grant competition for Secondary (MYP and DP students). The Primary CISRI grant competition will last throughout the course of the 2018 - 2019 school year. Please see the CISRI calendar 2018 -2019 below.
The PTA Executive Committee will evaluate all the applications received within the announced deadline and inform the PSI community of the results of the evaluations as well as the CISRI grant amounts to be received by the grantees.
Please remember that the PTA will cover 70% of the total project budget for Secondary and DP projects in order to encourage PSI students to seek other sources of fundraising.
